Intended only for outdoor use, the popular Bayou Classic patio stove features a generous 16-by-16-inch-square cooking surface that can hold up to a monster 120-quart pot. The height is kept short, 13 inches, to minimize the possibility of knocking a pot over and to make it easy to lift heavy, oversized pots. Because of the significant gap across the 5-1/2-inch burner ring, a pot should measure a minimum of ten inches in diameter for use with this stove, unless a wire grill is placed on top.

Made of heavy-duty stainless steel, the stove frame is one welded unit for strength and portability. Included is a UL-listed 36-inch hose with valve assembly and high pressure regulator. Two rings of flame allow the stove to adjust from a simmer to quite powerful heat. Care should be taken when deep frying that the oil not exceed 450 degrees F.
