The Char-Broil Double Chef Water Smoker is a new take on your standard vertical smoker. The removable mid-section adds some versatility which makes the Double Chef not only ideal for smoking and barbecuing your favorite foods, but with the middle removed, is also a great charcoal table top or stand alone kettle grill. I features two chrome cooking grates which provide a total of 500 square inches of cooking area. For smoking and barbecuing you have a porcelain water/marinade pan to make sure your food stays moist and full of flavor. Lastly, the large door allows for easy access to your charcoal and the marinade pan. The slide-out ash catcher makes disposing of ash easy and overall, the Double Chef is just a great product to add to some outdoor fun when cooking.
